How To Use

Mix 1 sachet into 180mL water or juice once or twice daily. Also suitable for smoothies, yoghurts, and including within your daily baking. Your gut will love you for it.

For beginners: Start low, go slow. Begin with ½ sachet daily and
increase to 1 sachet over 2–4 weeks. Ensure adequate hydration when increasing fibre intake.
