How To Use

Mix 1 sachet into 200mL water, milk, milk alternative, coffee or juice once or twice daily. Also suitable for smoothies, yoghurt, or including within your daily baking. Your gut will love you for it.

For beginners: Start low, go slow. Begin with ½ sachet daily and increase to 1 sachet over 2–4 weeks. Ensure adequate hydration when increasing fibre intake.
